To appoint a Member to replace Councillor Packham on the Public Scrutiny Commission for the remainder of the municipal year, on the nomination of the Conservative Group.

When was the parking control system at the Look Out installed, when did it’s use cease and why?

Motion 1/2005 submitted by Councillors Beadsley and Mrs Shillcock

 

That the Executive is requested to include an additional £60,000 in the revenue budget for the Youth Service so that it can provide services for the young people of South Bracknell - including Great Hollands, Hanworth, Easthampstead, Wildridings, Crown Wood and Forest Park – by using existing council properties.

That, in view of the travel expenses paid for the current year to date [attached p iv-v], the Independent Remuneration Panel be asked to review the travel allowances payable to Members of the Council, and to consider excluding from the list of qualifying approved duties:

 

1.         any travel to Council offices for the purpose of attending any council meeting, seminar or function;

 

2.         any travel to any meeting, function or facility anywhere within the Borough as a Member of the Council,

 

and to report to the Council any recommendations for change with effect from 1 April 2005.
