(a)        Local Plan Alteration - Amen Corner

The Executive Member for Planning & Transportation to move the approval of an alteration to the Local Plan of a change to the settlement boundary at Amen Corner (referred to as Option 2 in the reports to the Executive on 18 May and 15 June 2004).

(b)        Early Years & Childcare Strategic Plan 2004 - 2006

Is a record held of the consultants who work for the Council during a year and what they cost?

The schedule of meetings has made provision for meetings of the Council in the remainder of 2004 on 15 September (prior to the September meeting of the Executive) and 1 December.  In the absence of any likely pressing business for the September meeting, it is proposed that this meeting is cancelled and a meeting scheduled at the end of October, to receive reports of the September and October Executive meetings.
