Councillor Harrison is standing down from membership of the Health, Social Care and Housing Scrutiny Panel.  The Majority Group has nominated Councillor Baily as his replacement.  It is thus RECOMMENDED that Councillor Baily be appointed to serve as a member of the Health, Social Care and Housing Scrutiny Panel and Councillor Harrison be appointed to serve as a substitute member of this Panel.
