Report of the Returning Officer - Hanworth Ward To receive the following report
Following the death in September of Councillor Martin Wallace, Ward Councillor for Hanworth Ward, an election was held on Thursday 14 November 2002 and the votes cast for each candidate were as follows

Mr C W Baily has therefore been elected and has signed the Declaration of Acceptance of Office. A Notice under Regulation 9 of the Local Government (Committees and Political Groups) Regulations 1990 has been received confirming that Councillor Baily wishes to be treated as a member of the Conservative Group. |

"Bracknell Forest's long suffering town residents continue to fall victim to flooding, most probably as a result of inadequate drainage. Could the responsible executive portfolio holder please confirm:
1. Whether a full and comprehensive assessment of the problem has been completed, and if so when.
2. The specific nature of the problem.
3. How Bracknell Forest Borough Council is intending to protect its residents from the effects of any further flooding."
