Via a survey, which is available to access on BFCs consultation portal and is signposted from BFC web pages and various comms issued. At least three visitors have requested to see more information about wildlife e.g. birds.

Financial Impact: Positive - The recycled plastic material is more durable in wet conditions and is easy to maintain, which will save staff time and reduce revenue costs.
