The Memorandum of Understanding sets out the partnership arrangements for Local Authorities and NHS organisations in Berkshire for the implementation of the “Share your Care” (Interoperability) programme. This programme will deliver the statutory requirement for sharing key information from digital patient records, and patients’ access to their own records.
