To seek approval to be part of a consortium
that is tendering for a new Children’s Residential Care
Contract for a term of 4 years (with a further 4 optional extension
years) from 1st October 2024 to 30th September 2028. The current
Children’s Residential Care Contract expires on the 30th
September 2024. Bracknell Forest Council has been a partner in the
current Children’s Residential Framework with 20 other local
authorities and will continue in the same partnership. The
procurement and contract management of the Framework will be led by
Southampton City Council.
