Reason for urgency:
The Household Support Fund has been unexpectedly extended and we are currently establishing the plans to distribute this. The full plans will be discussed with Executive in May, however as we propose to deliver this as per the previous funds, we will need a more urgent decision to distribute £40,000 of the funding to purchase supermarket vouchers for children eligible for free school meals for the May half term
