Exclusion of Public and Press To consider the following motion:
That pursuant to Regulation 4 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) Regulations 2012, members of the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of item 6 which involves the likely disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:
(3) Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority).

Bracknell Town Centre Regeneration - Update To consider the latest progress report on proposals for the regeneration of Bracknell town centre. Minutes: In addition to considering the report of the Assistant Chief Executive, the Committee received a presentation from Simon Russian of Legal & General, Matt Holman of Gardiner & Theobald and Andrew James of Mace who detailed how the regeneration project would progress from Mace taking over the site on 23 March 2015 to completion in April 2017, and answered a number of questions regarding the project.
At the conclusion of the discussion, the Committee expressed its thanks to the team which had worked on the project to bring it to this point, recognising that it had been extremely challenging at times, but ultimately successful.
RESOLVED that the approach to the regeneration of Bracknell Town Centre as outlined in the Assistant Chief Executive’s report be endorsed. |
