To consider the latest progress report on proposals for the regeneration of Bracknell town centre.

The Committee considered an update report outlining the areas for progress madce since its last mneeting and setting out proposed next steps for the regeneration of Bracknell Town Centre.  The decisions taken at the meeting are set out in the decision sheet attached as an annex to these minutes.

RESOLVED that:

1. the Committee endorse the terms of the development set out at Appemndix 1 of the Assistant Chief Executive’s report
2. Councillor McCracken be appointed to sit on the Public Art Selection Panel as detailed in paragraph 5.26 of the Assistant Chief Executive’s report
3. the Committee endorse the Town Centre Management Strategy as set out in appendix 2 of the Assistant Chief Executive’s report.
