To seek delegated authority to finalise the Bracknell town centre development agreement, and for key aspects of the scheme.
To endorse the continued approach to Bracknell town centre regeneration.
RESOLVED that:
1 Authority be delegated to the Chief Executive to complete the Development Agreement.
2 Subsequent to recommendation 2.1, authority be delegated to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Executive Member for Economic Development and Regeneration:
(i) To make minor variations to the Development Agreement;
(ii) To approve the designs of the replacement access to Easthampstead House; and
(iii) To approve the design and specification of the “pocket park” and Easthampstead House civic spaces.
3 The Stage C Design proposals based on the updated Key Requirements be approved.
4 The approach to the market outlined in paragraph 5.24 of the Assistant Chief Executive’s report be endorsed.
5 The general approach outlined in the Assistant Chief Executive’s report be endorsed.
