The Equality Scheme itself had extensive public consultation. The development of the Action Plan involved the Council's service managers, senior managers, and Corporate Management Team. The Council's Equality Group and the Partnership Equality Group including Thames Valley Police, Bracknell Forest Voluntary Action, Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS), Bracknell Forest Homes and Sandhurst Town Council.
