RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 10 January 2011 be approved and signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

Any other items which, pursuant to Section 100B(4)(b) of the Local Government Act, the Chairman decides are urgent.

There were no urgent items of business.

To consider the following motion:

That pursuant to Regulation 21 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) Regulations 2000, members of the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of item 6 which involves the likely disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:

(3)        Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority).

RESOLVED that pursuant to Regulation 21 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) Regulations 2000, members of the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of item 6 which involves the likely disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:

To consider the latest progress report on proposals for the regeneration of Bracknell town centre.

RESOLVED that

1          The terms of the short-term Development Agreement variation outlined in paragraph 5.8 of the report be noted.

2          The Key Requirements outlined in paragraph 5.9 and appendix B to the report be approved.

3          Authority be delegated to negotiate and approve the final terms of the main Development Agreement variation (variation 3) to the Chief Executive in consultation with the Leader, as outlined in paragraph 5.9 of the report.

4          Authority be delgated to approve the detailed terms of the Development Agreement variation (variation 2) to deliver the Market Square objectives to the Chief Executive in consultation with the Leader as outlined in paragraph 5.13 of the report.
