RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 29 January 2007 be approved and signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

To consider the following motion:

That pursuant to Regulation 21 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) Regulations 2000 and having regard to the public interest, members of the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of item 6 which involves the likely disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:

(3)        Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority).

RESOLVED that pursuant to Regulation 21 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) Regulations 2000, members of the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of item 6 which involved the likely disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:

(3)        Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority).

The Executive considered a report containing exempt information on the following item.  The decision taken is detailed in the attached decision sheet and summarised below:

RESOLVED:

1          That power be delegated to the Chief Executive to authorise the completion of the development agreement with the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership on the terms summarised in Appendix 1 of the Assistant Chief Executive’s report;

2          That authority to approve the civic hub designs be delegated to the Chief Executive in consultation with the Civic Hub Project Board to enable the development agreement to be completed; and,

3          That the approach to regeneration activities set out in the Assistant Chief Executive’s report be endorsed.
