Item 6 BracknellTown Centre Regeneration – Update

 

RESOLVED that the approach to the approach to the regeneration of Bracknell Town Centre as set out in the report and in particular the approach to the anchor store letting strategy and the progress of the Compulsory Purchase Order be confirmed and that the Borough Solicitor be authorised to enter into the Deed of Variation as set out in the report.

Item 7 Civic Hub – Update

 

RESOLVED

 

1.      That the approach to the negotiations on the elevations of the civic hub be endorsed.

 

2.      That the team locations in the new civic accommodation be approved.

 

3.      That the proposed fit out of the civic hub, including the potential need for savings of up to £200,000 to allow for the incorporation of enhanced design features in the public space be approved.
