To consider the following motion:

 

That pursuant to Regulation 21 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) Regulations 2000, members of the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of items 6 and 7 which involve the likely disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:

Minutes:

RESOLVED that the approach to the regeneration of Bracknell Town Centre as set out in the report and, in particular, the approach to the anchor store letting strategy and the progress of the Compulsory Purchase Order, be endorsed.

Civic Centre - Update

RESOLVED

 

1.                  That the two options available for Time Square refurbishment, including the risks, be noted but that the proposed capital spend of the minimum refurbishment (£750,000), as previously agreed on the 23 July 2007 be endorsed.

 

2.                  That the approach to the refurbishment of the distribution system based on a six year plan be endorsed, subject to funding being made available as part of the Council’s budget planning process.
