Councillor McKenzie-Boyle is a member of Crowthorne Parish Council.

Personal Profile:

I’m Tina McKenzie-Boyle and have lived in Crowthorne with my family for 35 years. My sons were schooled locally at Oaklands Primary and at Edgbarrow, our local Crowthorne state schools which have a fantastic reputation.

I am privileged to represent the Ward of Crowthorne for both Parish and Borough.

I have been a Parish Councillor for Crowthorne for 21 years and I ve been representing Crowthorne as a Bracknell Forest Borough Councillor since 2019.

I am the Vice Chair of Crowthorne Parish Council.

I am a former School Governor.

A former member of the steering committee for Pride of Bracknell.

I ran the Newsroom of The Observer under the leadership of The Hon David Astor but sadly gave up this prestigious appointment to start my family.

When the children were old enough, I retrained to become an IT Professional.  I gave up this career when I was elected to Bracknell Forest Borough Council in 2015 to represent the Ward of Priestwood and Garth.Although not now a Project Management and IT professional I bring those skills to our day-to-day work for residents and community whilst supporting the Borough and the Parish.

I certainly am a Professional Grandparent having 10 lovely grandchildren, the latest born on 30 July 2023, another beautiful grandson.

I was elected by my peers to represent Bracknell Forest as Mayor in 2017. My Charity was the FireFighters and I raised £52,667 for this wonderful charity with the objective initially to fund a Mental Health Hub at Bracknell Fire Station and then on to support firefighters in Berkshire.
