Consultation process
Public consultation is to take place during
March/April/May. The process for producing local plans is
prescribed in the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning)
(England) Regulations 2012 (as amended). Recent legislation
temporarily removes the requirement to make documents available for
public inspection at premises and to provide hard copies. The
documents must, instead, be made available for inspection online
due to concern about the spread of Covid-19.
