on their need for childcare. The survey was advertised via
childcare providers, the BFC website, the Family Information
Website and social media.

Financial Impact: Any revenue costs related to the CSA 2019-20 will need to be financed from within current budgets. If any capital costs emerge, they will need to be considered by the council through the normal budget setting process.
