Financial Impact: Proposal is to use Section 106 funding reserved for enhancements to Open Spaces of Public Value (OSPV). This would alleviate a financial pressure to the borough’s own revenue funding streams. It will reduce the area required for 14-day meadow cut, will equate as a long-term saving.
