Fixed Penalty Notice for School Absences Code of Conduct

For the Executive Member to approve the Fixed Penalty Notice Code of Conduct. This has been developed, with input from our stakeholders, due to the introduction of a new National Framework for Penalty Notices for School Absences following changes to secondary legislation. These changes require us to have the Code of Conduct in place when the regulations come into effect from the 19th August 2024.
