For the Executive Member to approve the Fixed
Penalty Notice Code of Conduct. This has been developed, with input
from our stakeholders, due to the introduction of a new National
Framework for Penalty Notices for School Absences following changes
to secondary legislation. These changes require us to have the Code
of Conduct in place when the regulations come into effect from the
19th August 2024.
