Financial Impact: Proposal is to use Section 106 funding reserved for enhancements to Open Spaces of Public Value (OSPV), and biodiversity net gain (BNG) funding, which must be spent on woodland creation and/or improvements/maintenance. This would alleviate a financial pressure to the borough’s own capital and revenue funding streams.
