Making Representations: In writing to the Executive Director: Place, Planning and Regeneration

Financial Impact: Not funding large scale improvements to the Borough’s biodiversity through s106 funding, reserved for enhancements to Open Spaces of Public Value (OSPV) would transfer a financial pressure to the borough’s own capital and revenue funding streams.
