Financial Impact: Involvement in the Post-16 Semi-Independent framework is intended to support the council to secure good quality placements for children and young people who need them at prices that represent value for money. The use of a framework across a number of local authorities is intended to reduce administration costs whilst enabling opportunities to work with and shape the marketplace.
