To consider the recommendations from the review into Integrated Enforcement. The review will explore alternative service delivery models for enforcement which can consistently and effectively improve enforcement services in Bracknell Forest, but also be flexible enough to respond to emerging concerns.

Mapping exercise; desk top analysis, interviews, evidence gathering sessions.

- Carrying out a mapping exercise to establish which officers in the Council currently have enforcement responsibilities, for example car park enforcement, licensing, environmental health, community safety, Planning Enforcement,
- Interviewing good practice within other local authorities,
- Interviewing representatives from various departments within the Council, the Parish and Town Councils and Thames Valley Police.

Making Representations: In writing to the Executive Director: Delivery

Financial Impact: The review seeks to engage and influence those responsible for enforcement and explore potential avenues of different levels of integration. Any financial implications for Bracknell Forest Council arising from the recommendations will either be a) confirmed as remaining within existing approved budgets, b) fully costed or c) identified as requiring a feasibility study to be completed.
