Assignment of Intellectual Property Rights Relating to Smart Connect Software
Entering into a contract with Smart Citizen,
the developers of the Smart Connect software, to transfer ownership
of the intellectual property rights. The rights currently belonging
to the Council, which represent a small component of the software,
will be transferred to Smart Citizen in exchange for an ongoing
share of their profits.
