That a contract is entered into with Capita Business Services Limited.

To seek approval to release £23.49k of S106 funding for improvements to the Icehouse at The Chesnuts and to enhance the visitor experience.

That £23,991.08 of S106 contributions are allocated to fund improvements at The Chestnuts

To seek approval to release £16.24k of S106 funding for improvements to biodiversity at Asher Recreation Ground, Locks Ride Recreation Ground in Winkfield.

That £16,245.90 of S106 contributions are allocated to fund improvements to biodiversity and sustainability at three Winkfield Parish Council sites.

To agree the distribution of the Household Support Fund for October 2021. As provided by the DWP to support households with the increased cost of essentials over the Winter.

       i.         The purchase of supermarket vouchers for all Free School Meal (FSM) eligible children attending Bracknell Forest schools, including equivalent under-fives living in the borough is approved.  At the value of £15 per child, per week, for the one week of October Half Term holidays.

     ii.         The purchase of supermarket vouchers (using approximately £38,000 of funding) through the existing provider, Blackhawk is approved.

    iii.         To make the approval under the urgency process.

Seeking approval to provide and sell SANG capacity for a 91 residential dwellings development in Surrey Heath

That the Executive Director of Place, Planning and Regeneration be delegated to secure a SANG contribution of £717,626 and a monitoring fee of £160 from a residential development in Surrey Heath District.
