To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 9 November 2023.. Minutes: An amendment to the minutes of item 37 on page 2 was agreed. The following text would be removed: “An amended recommendation was moved, seconded, and then carried which RESOLVED That the Assistant Director: Planning be authorised to APPROVE the application subject to the following conditions amended, added to or deleted as the Assistant Director: Planning considers necessary:”.
Furthermore the following text “Following the completion of planning obligations under Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 relating to:-“ would be removed and replaced with the following:
