The minutes of the previous meeting were confirmed as correct record.

Verbal update from Linda Wells, ‘Your Homes’ Project Director.

The Project Director updated the Group on progress which had been focused upon developing the offer document and apologised that the latest version had not been received by some Members until the day before the meeting.

The Group discussed each section of the draft offer document page by page and supporting officers took note of corrections to the substantive text.

The Group considered how the document would be produced in terms of graphics and formatting. It was confirmed that the RNIB had been consulted to ensure the document would be accessible. It was clarified that the images being used would be checked to ensure that they were Council properties. Members commented that the proposed draft looked very readable.

Thursday 8 February 2007, Council Chamber, Easthampstead House

The Chairman acknowledged that some members had concerns that they had not had time to consider the document and whilst they were relatively happy with the amendments being proposed agreed that there should be another opportunity for the Group to discuss the final document.

The Group agreed to an additional meeting on Monday 15 January at 10am.
