Members are asked to declare any disclosable pecuniary or affected interests in respect of any matter to be considered at this meeting.

Any Member with a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in a matter should withdraw from the meeting when the matter is under consideration and should notify the Democratic Services Officer in attendance that they are withdrawing as they have such an interest. If the Disclosable Pecuniary Interest is not entered on the register of Members interests the Monitoring Officer must be notified of the interest within 28 days.

Any Member with an affected Interest in a matter must disclose the interest to the meeting.  There is no requirement to withdraw from the meeting when the interest is only an affected interest, but the Monitoring Officer should be notified of the interest, if not previously notified of it, within 28 days of the meeting.

To update the Schools Forum on the recently published Early education and childcare guidance (effective from 01/04/2025).

To present proposals regarding pupil-led funding factors when pupils are not attending school due to ill-health.

To present detailed 2025-26 budget proposals from the council for the High Needs Block (HNB) element of the Schools Budget.

The next meeting of the Forum will be held at 4.30pm on Thursday 19^th June 2025.

Please note the following proposed changes to the 2026 meeting dates:

Current date – Thursday 8^th January 2026 –> New date – Wednesday 14^th January 2026

Current date – Thursday 5^th February 2026 –> New date – Thursday 12^th March 2026
