Minutes: RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Executive on 17 December 2019 together with the accompanying decision records be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Leader. |

Declarations of Interest Members are asked to declare any Disclosable Pecuniary or Affected Interests in respect of any matter to be considered at this meeting.
Any Member with a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in a matter should withdraw from the meeting when the matter is under consideration and should notify the Democratic Services Officer in attendance that they are withdrawing as they have such an interest. If the Disclosable Pecuniary Interest is not entered on the register of Members interests the Monitoring Officer must be notified of the interest within 28 days.
Any Member with an Affected Interest in a matter must disclose the interest to the meeting. There is no requirement to withdraw from the meeting when the interest is only an affected interest, but the Monitoring Officer should be notified of the interest, if not previously notified of it, within 28 days of the meeting. Joint Central and Eastern Berkshire Minerals and Waste Plan - proposed submission version To seek a recommendation from Executive to
Council that the Submission Joint Central and Eastern Berkshire
Joint Minerals and Waste Plan, the Policies Map and all supporting
documents be formally submitted to the Secretary of State for
independent examination.That, subject to Council accepting the
recommendation, the Executive approves the Submission Joint Central
and Eastern Berkshire Joint Minerals and Waste Plan, the Policies
Map and all supporting documents for publication for a statutory
period of six weeks. Additional documents: Minutes: RESOLVED that:
i. the Draft Joint Central and Eastern Berkshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan – focussed consultation document is agreed.
ii. the approach to consultation as set out in paras 5.10 - 5.13 of the Director: Place, Planning & Regeneration’s report is agreed.
iii. any minor changes to the focussed consultation (relevant to Bracknell Forest) following Executive are agreed by the Director Place Planning and Regeneration in consultation with the Executive Member for Planning and Transport. |

Greening Waste Collection Arrangements To outline how the Council could make changes to its waste collection arrangements to address climate change – reduce, reuse and recycle. Additional documents:
Minutes: RESOLVED that:
i. Bracknell Forest Borough’s impact on Climate Change be reduced, through the introduction, from 5 October 2020, of a weekly food waste collection service
ii. a programme of communication be launched to maximise the participation of residents and business to reuse and recycle their waste, minimising residual waste going to landfill
iii. performance of the food waste collection service to be maximised and the refuse capacity is reduced by changing collection frequency to once every three weeks (from two weeks). |
