RESOLVED that
i. the outturn capital expenditure is noted.
ii. the carry forward of £24.225m from the 2018/19 capital
programme to 2019/20 is approved.
iii. the financing of capital expenditure as shown in Table 3 of the Director: Finances report is noted.
