To determine an application from Sandhurst Town Council to designate Sandhurst Parish as a Neighbourhood Area.
Decision:
That the Executive Member for Planning and Transport agrees to designate the Neighbourhood Area as shown on the map at Appendix A.

The reasons for this recommendation are:
· the request made complies with the legislative requirements; and,
· the area proposed for designation is considered appropriate for the purposes of neighbourhood planning.
