To update the Committee on the regeneration of Bracknell Town Centre.

Decision:

RESOLVED that

 

(i)             the Committee notes that the Bracknell Development Agreement 8thVariation will lapse after the 31 March 2023.

 

(ii)            Officers be instructed to negotiate the lease renewal for Easthampstead

House to Projekt Limited for a 5-year term with mutual breaks.

 

(iii)           the Committee notes the report.
