RESOLVED that the proposed strategy for funding for the initial spend for Southern
Gateway of £45K plus contingency to undertake feasibility work for the site prior to
Initial Site development Plan is supported.
Reasons for the decision:
To allow some feasibility works to commence for the scheme which
will be used to support an Initial Site Development Plan.
