The Development Agreement contains a Relevant
Date by which the Developer will discharge key conditions. One of
those conditions has not yet been discharged but is in progress. To
enable the matter to be concluded a further extension for the
Relevant Date has been requested. The new date is the 6th October
2022
That the further extension of the Bracknell Town Centre Development Agreement 8th Variation (Deck) Relevant Date to the 1 November 2022 be authorised to enable the Highways Agreement condition to be satisfied, and the restriction on title protecting the profit share to be extended to 7 March 2026.
