Purpose:
To procure a cloud based telephony system that replaces the existing telephony solution whilst maximising the Microsoft E5 licences the Council already owns.
Decision:
That the contract for the Teams Telephony with Direct Routing and related services be awarded to Tenderer A, for a term of 5 years as detailed in the confidential annexe of the Director’s report.
Reasons for the decision:
Having conducted a mini competition under Lot 10 of the Crown Commercial Services RM3808 Network Services 2 Framework, Tenderer A was the only provider to meet the Council’s full specification.
