Purpose:
To brief the Executive on the Residents’
Survey 2020 results and seek endorsement of the communications
plan.
Decision:
i. the Covid-19 Impact Survey 2020 results report at Annex A of the Chief Executive’s report be noted.
ii. the communications plan at Annex B of the Chief Executive’s report be endorsed.
iii. the Overview and Scrutiny Commission are asked to review the survey and identify actions that need to be taken to prepare the Council for the second wave of Covid-19.
Reasons for the decision:
To provide the Executive with the results of the Covid-19 Impact Survey 2020
which took place in late July; to ensure that these are communicated
effectively and that the council considers residents’ views in recovery
planning.
