To approve Bracknell Forest Council’s
consultation response

That the Council’s response to the Heathrow Airport Expansion Consultation as set out in Appendix A of the Director: Place, Planning & Regeneration’s report be approved.
Reasons for the decision:
To ensure that the Council provides Heathrow Airport Ltd with an overarching consultation response for their consideration alongside individual consultation responses from Borough residents.
Alternative options considered:
The Council could have chosen not to respond to the consultation. This would mean a lost opportunity to stress the importance of environmental, transport and mitigation issues related to any expansion of the airport on behalf of residents and businesses in the Borough.
