To make the decision on the proposed migration
of Warfield CE Primary School
That the migration of the Warfield CE Primary School from its All Saints Rise site to the Woodhurst site to form Warfield School with effect from 1 September 2022 be approved.
Under the School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2013, the local authority is the decision maker.
The decision must be made within a period of two months of the end of the representation period, i.e. by 05/07/22, after which the decision must be referred to the Schools Adjudicator.
The options are for the school to stay operating on two sites or to migrate.
The decision has been made by the Executive Member for Council Strategy & Community Cohesion as the Executive Member for Children, Young People & Learning had a conflict of interests being a governor of the school.
