Contract Standing Order Waiver to extend the
current agreement with our service term contractor for HVAC (Anchor
Pipework Limited) for an additional one (1) year with an end date
of 31st July 2023, the anticipated annual cost of £57,210
which included RPI lift of 2.1%
The wavier will provide our officers time to
prepare the procurement plan, Invitation to Tender, the process is
expected to take nine months, which will exceed beyond the current
contract end date of 31st of July 2022 therefore this waiver will
allow adequate time to complete the process hence the contract has
been extended till 31 July 2023.
