To approve the procurement plan for the phased replacement of the current CRM with Low Code technology including primary development of EDS/MIS replacement system. It is platform specific to connect with the telephony system.
The Low Code Netcall Platform Strategic Procurement Plan was approved by the Executive Director: Delivery.
The current underlying infrastructure that the EDS MIS system sits on is out of support and upcoming changes to the Bracknell Forest Council EDRMS mean that the current file transfer methods used to send reports to external partners as part of their SLA will no longer work.
