That the revisions to the Climate Change Action Plan (April 2010) in Annex A to the report be approved.

The decision relates to action agreed by Executive in January 2010.
Alternative options considered:
Revision of the Climate Change Action Plan at its anniversary date of October 2009 was considered to be out of synchronicity with the Council’s planning and financial cycle.
