NOTICE OF KEY DECISION

Notice is hereby given that the Executive is to be asked to make a key decision on 1 June 2021 in respect of the following:

TITLE: Making (adoption) of the Crowthorne Neighbourhood Development Plan 2018-2036

SERVICE AREA: Place, Planning & Regeneration

PURPOSE OF DECISION:

To agree that the Crowthorne Neighbourhood Plan is ‘made’ if the majority of those who vote at the referendum on the Neighbourhood Plan are in favour of Bracknell Forest Council using the Neighbourhood Plan to help decide planning applications in the Crowthorne neighbourhood area.

ISSUE REFERENCE: I099902

The Executive will be considering a report prepared by or on behalf of the Director: Place, Planning & Regeneration.  A copy of the report and any other documents will be available for inspection on the Council’s web site or at Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD (when the offices are open).
