NOTICE OF KEY DECISION
Notice is hereby given that the Executive is to be asked to make a key decision on 15 March 2022 in respect of the following:
TITLE: Section 75 Agreement (NHS Act 2006) between Bracknell Forest Council and Frimley Clinical Commissioning Group– Updated Arrangements for 2021/22 and beyond
SERVICE AREA: People
PURPOSE OF DECISION:
To seek approval to extend the Section 75 Arrangements for 2021/22 by up to 12 months while a new Section 75 agreement is being developed.
ISSUE REFERENCE: I105267
The Executive will be considering a report prepared by or on behalf of the Executive Director: People. A copy of the report and any other documents will be available for inspection on the Council’s web site or at Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD (when the offices are open).
