To approve the submission of the Bracknell Forest Community Infrastructure Levy Draft Charging Schedule (June 2014) for independent examination in accordance with the Executive resolution of 24 June 2014.

Reason for urgency:
The urgency procedure is being used for the following reasons:

No changes are being proposed to the Draft Charging schedule approved by the Executive on 24 June 2014; and,

The planning Inspectorate has advised that they are expecting a record high number of Draft Charging Schedules to be submitted for examination during September. In order to ensure that the Council has time to properly prepare for the commencement of CIL charging in April 2015 it would be highly beneficial to secure an early examination date.
