A number of key Public Health services (public health dietician, school nursing and community dental services) are currently being reviewed with the intention of recommissioning them in a form that better matches local need from the start of 2015/16. In order to provide continuity of service in the meantime, existing services need to be commissioned for 2014/15 and a waiver of contract standing orders is requested.
