National minimum standards form the basis of the regulatory
framework for the conduct of foster care agencies. It is a
requirement for the Statement of Purpose for the Foster Care
Service be reviewed and approved by the Executive on an annual
basis. The purpose of this report is to seek approval for the
Statement of Purpose for 2014.
