iii. That contract standing orders requiring competitive tenders be waived so that negotiation takes place for accommodation based services with Look Ahead Housing Association for services provided at Rainforest Walk and Holly House, Ability Housing Association for services provided at Templars Lodge and Berkshire Women’s Aid for refuge services for those fleeing domestic violence, subject to value for money being demonstrated otherwise these services will be subjected to competitive tender.
iv. That the contracts with Bracknell Forest homes, Guinness, Housing 21 and Hanover Housing Associations to provide services to older people be extended to 31 March 2013.
v. That the Homelessness Floating Support Contract and the PACT Floating Support Contracts be brought in house and not re-tendered.
