for the allocation of S106 funding (£60,000) to support
improvements to play and allotment facilities at York Road site in
Binfield.

Decision:
i. £60,000 of S106 contributions is allocated to Binfield Parish Council as a grant to fund site works to improve play and allotment facilities at York Road site.
ii. the funding will be used solely towards the improvements listed above and the grant will be paid to Binfield Parish Council upon completion of the works by way of a single payment.
